Fitness groups are a fun and interactive activity for your child to engage in. During fitness classes, children work on improving strength, stability, coordination, and motor planning. By enhancing all of these skills, our goal is that learners will be able to take a walk with their family, carry groceries, twist to buckle a seatbelt, jump on a trampoline, play on equipment at a sensory gym, and perform household chores. Following large group instructions, improving verbal and non-verbal communication, body awareness and cooperation with peers will all be addressed during fitness groups.
