Accelerate ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our growing team. We specialize in providing high-quality ABA services to children with autism from the time of diagnosis through age five.
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented clinician who values teamwork and is passionate about helping young children develop meaningful skills. The ideal candidate has at least three years of BCBA experience, a strong background in insurance-funded ABA services, and excels at designing creative, individualized treatment plans that truly meet the needs of each child. Our BCBAs have the tools and support they need to do their best work, without evening hours or travel.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments and write clear, actionable treatment plans.
- Track progress through ongoing data collection and make regular treatment plan updates.
- Provide approximately 25 hours/week of billable client case management.
- Supervise and coach Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure strong clinical outcomes.
- Provide BCBA and LBA supervision to graduate students.
- Lead staff and family training sessions that support skill generalization.
- Collaborate with other service providers and maintain excellent communication with families.
- Stay organized with consistent, thorough documentation.
- Contribute to a positive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS)
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and insurance-funded services
- Effective communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with a team
